This ENB -for (1.0.7.0) - is a combination of several ENB settings I don't even know which one is the original one. Can anyone tell me which files to extract (enbseries.ini, shaders, timecyc.dat, visualSettings.dat etc.) so that I can share with other?

Based on my extensive experience with pa police cars being from pa and the lack of a town called liberty city in the state of Pa ( that I could find ) I'm 90% confident that this isn't a real police pic from outside the game the other 10% says maybe its not from the game and he photoshopped that part liberty city on or stuck a real cop car on top of the back ground then photoshopped the liberty city part on however another point the black looks brown which wouldn't happen in on real cop cars and you can tell the building in the background isn't / aren't real and it is a in game picture
