  1. This sounds incredibly impressive so far. Can't wait to see what it looks like in action!

  5. Wow this looks fantastic! I'm not into Brit stuff too much but I might just have to try this myself. Add me to the list of people that would love an Americanized version of this. Oh what I'd give to have that depth in traffic stops.
  6. From a brief search, it appears that Barstow uses a variety of lightbars on their vehicles. The one in the picture your posted is for sure a Whelen Liberrty, and what's more is that it looks like it's a custom build of some kind. It seems that the older units used Code3 X2100's, while the newer units use the Liberty's or clear-topped FedSig Legends. The newest units (Charger's) are using FedSig Valor bars. Again, this is just what I've gathered from the few pictures I've been able to find through a quick Google search. Hope it helps!

  8. EDIT: Problem solved. Turns out I was running outdated versions of Traffic Policer and Arrest Manager. Updating them solved it. Might as well leave this here though, in case anyone is as stupid as I am. lol So, I'm having a bit of an issue with this... I initially installed the OIV package (7.1), and it didn't work. This is likely because of how I've got all of my mods set up (I'm using Bilago's mod manager, and it subs out the update.rpf in GTA V's directory with one I've modified.). Anyway, I resolved this by extracting the files and manually installing everything. Now here's the thing... EUP works fine! Skin Control for some reason doesn't like to save any setups, but I can live with that. However, when I go on duty on LSPDFR (via ForceDuty or the usual way), GTA V crashes. I have no idea why this is happening - I haven't changed anything besides adding EUP. Unfortunately I can't provide any more details about what's going on, because this crash isn't producing any log files. What I can say though, is that it tends to crash right as RageHook/LSPDFR loads its police station blips, after loading all the callout plugins. I'm on RPH 0.36, UI 1.3. I realize this isn't a very detailed writeup of what I'm experiencing, but I'm hoping someone else has had this experience and might be able to shed some light on it. I'll offer whatever I can in terms of details. I'm going to try removing EUP in a moment and see if that's somehow affecting LSPDFR.

  18. This is really exciting. Looking forward to this! I love the attention to details. Ever since the whole court system implementation with the ANPR hits I knew your were someone to follow. What I really like though, more than anything, is the collaborative efforts going on here. It's so nice to see the community coming together (for once) for a common cause: making great callouts. This is exactly the type of thing the LSPDFR community should be all about. Anyway, like I said. I'm really looking forward to this, even just the simple callouts like the petrol theft and traffic stop backup. Really cool stuff! I'll be watching this like a hawk. :D

  21. Hey all, First off, let me get the obligatory "I love this mod!" out of the way. I do. I've spent way too many hours playing it already. I usually play with the in game radio on or Spotify in the background, as doing police work can be kind of dull without a soundtrack. That got me thinking: Forgive me if this has been suggested already, but would it be possible to incorporate the ambient music already present in V into LSPDFR? For instance, when a callout is received or a pursuit is underway, could we hear the same "heat" music that plays when you're being chased in vanilla V? Just a thought. Again, I don't know if this has been suggested or if it's already planned, but I thought I'd open it up for discussion. The addition of the ambient music could really go a long way into adding tension into the mod and make it that much more of an enjoyable experience.
  22. I like this idea. Perhaps another way of doing this could be to set a waypoint on the map and have units sent there?
