You've done a fine job recreating the most horrendous excuse for a highway patrol livery that anyone has ever attempted. I honestly think that AZ DPS hired a bunch of high school kids to use MS Paint to come up with that design, and you've really captured that perfectly. -

Awesome stuff guys! Really love watching this project develop. I am curious - how will the corrections vehicles come into play? Will they be dispatched from the prison? Or placed around the area? Or will I just have to wait and see?

There ARE two different types of '03 steelies, yes. The original '03 steelies had seven holes, as pictured above. These were recalled by Ford due to structural defects. The replacement steelies (used from '03-05) were the same style, but with 12 holes instead of seven (see spoiler). However, the steelies on your model were used from '06-'11. Now, any style steelies between '03-'11 ARE interchangeable IRL, but it's unlikely that you'd find many examples of switched styles in any department, unless they needed to replace a rim or something. -

As in, their positions? Like what part of the light is lit up when? Or do you need pictures of the entire assembly?

Love it! FINALLY! Happy to see your version is without the optional fender flares that most released Tahoes of this era have. If you need any reference photos, I might be able to help. I drive a Tahoe of that era, and although it's a civilian model, I don't imagine there would be huge differences in say, the engine bay. Shoot me a PM if need be.

The Los Santos County Sheriff dept. performs a number duties in and around the greater Los Santos metropolitan area. Their main duties within city limits include court details, warrant arrests and prisoner transportation. However, they can occasionally be found assisting the LSPD with general patrol duties and traffic enforcement details (like DUI enforcement) in the outskirts of the city where LSPD forces are spread thin (I.E. Mirror Park). Seen here are two deputies patrolling a residential area in East Los Santos. I absolutely love these skins by BradM, and I have a feeling they'll be a part of my 'GTAV Universe' for a while! I particularly like how they go with TWISTEDSCOPE's Riverside County CVPI. Both available in the downloads section. :) -
I don't have one to contribute (yet!), but holy hell yes! The Wire is ESSENTIAL viewing, not just for people interested in policing, but for people interested in incredible television, and life in general. Easily one of the top five dramas of all time, and that scene was one of the best. I've actually been considering watching the whole series again, since they re-released it in widescreen HD. Great call dude!

Hey all, Forgive me if this has already been attempted and I've just missed it... Has anyone given any thought to a simple script that would force certain vehicles in a radius around the player to spawn with certain extras? I know this is theoretically possible in vehicles.meta, however I've yet to get it working. There's a whole boatload of vehicles that have multiple lightbars, or multiple light setups in general, but when they spawn in with both lights, or no lights at all, it kinda kills the whole point of it, no? I don't have any script writing experience, so I don't know how feasible this would be, but I'd love to get a discussion open.
