  1. Those decal lights are nuts, how does that even work???
  2. San Andreas hands down is my favorite. It's a classic, and the pinnacle of that particular engine. There was so much to do in that game, and so many places to go, you never got bored. GTA IV is a close second for me, I love the realism and obviously the ability to use LCPDFR and such, but stock that game got boring real quick. Had GTA IV come with all the silly things to do, like even just going to the gym or having to eat, it would've made a much more immersive, entertaining experience IMO. That being said, I'm noticing some parallels between the GTA3 series and GTA IV series. GTA IV is to GTA3 as EFLC is to Vice City. With that logic in mind, I think GTA5 will be the pinnacle of the current Rage engine. All baseless speculation, of course. San Andreas hands down is my favorite. 3. Urinal cakes. I believe they're actually GPS antannae.
  4. Haha, no doubt. 1.0.7.0 for sure then. I actually had no idea LCPDFR required 1.0.7.0. Go figure.
  5. Hey all, I'm currently reinstalling my copy of GTA IV and it got me wondering - What version do YOU use? 1.0.4.0? 1.0.7.0? EFLC? Do you experience any issues with compatibility in the version you're using? I think I'm gonna go 1.0.7.0 on this install. I usually use the latest EFLC patch, however, as I like having the extra police car slots.
  6. I'm pretty sure you've got this covered already, but for the record, I have a font called "MV Sans" that's a [near] perfect match.
  7. If anyone can ID that font, I'll make a batch of 'em...
  8. Cool dude, I see you found the right font, haha. Toronto CVPI looks sweet, I like the lightbar. Haven't seen anyone do a Liberty without a full rack of modules yet. Cool!
  9. I'm no expert in this field so take this with a grain of salt... But, that to me seems like a machine that would be able to run GTA IV, certainly stock. If you wanna start getting into car mods and heavy script usage, ESPECIALLY if you intend to use ENB tweaks, then I suggest going for something a little more powerful. (Think i7, 6-8GB RAM to strengthen the weak points)
  10. Actually, looking at the pictures closely again, it's definitely NOT Arial Black. It's very close, though. Now you've got me determined to figure this one out. I'll peruse my font collection when I get home later and see if I can't find it...
  11. Couldn't say for sure, but if it was me making a skin of it, I'd probably go with Arial Bold or Black... EDIT: Yeah, I'd go Arial Black. lol
  12. Abraxas, You've got nothing to be disappointed about my man. You're really pushing the limits of possibilities with this game to new levels. Bugs are to be expected - ESPECIALLY given how poorly optimized the Rage engine was. It's a miracle that mods work at all... I'd reckon a few of these bug reports are being caused by other mods being simultaneously installed, but what do I know? Anyway thanks for answering, I didn't know the distance feature only came up during the hideout scenario. Additionally, since I know you have a life outside of this and will be busy fixing bugs, I'd gladly help out with the creation and proofreading of texts involved with this mod (manuals/documentation and info texts in game). Send me a PM if you need a hand.
  13. Just gave it a half hour long test drive. Works great! There were two things worth noting, though. I too have experienced the bait car driver driving away on me. Only happened to me once so far. The other being this - Should PoliceHelper automatically pop up and show the distance to the bait car? Because I have yet to see the distance screen at all. Unless maybe I skipped over something in the manual?.... Still, phenomenal work!

  15. Worked like a charm!
  16. Thanks for the responses, guys. Wow, I wish I looked into the Indicator Script more. I had no idea it had those controls, I thought it only let you use turn signals, haha. Downloading now!
  17. Hey guys, Just pondering... Is there a way I can set up my headlights so that they can be switched on and off with a keystroke? I'm fairly certain it's possible with SNT, but I don't know how. Also, how do I get the indicators to stay on like I've seen in many videos? Can I set up something for that as well?
