I live across the street from another city and I see them patrol all the time with crown victories and a few dodge chargers but our department recently updated to ford explorers for our patrol cars and our auxiliary unit still uses the CVPIs.

I know, and there would be some major controversy if he actually hit one of the kids

I have a decent computer and a standard video card and a legal copy of GTA IV, but for some reason the game crashes with no error and right after the loading screen, (I have a lot of mods) this happened to me before, but I just uninstalled and re-modded the game manually instead of dragging in my backup files. Horns.ivaud is in PC<Audio<SFX<Resident.rpf

I don't use traffic flow because it causes major texture loss, but if your PC can handle it you should use it :)

I just reinstall LCPDFR whenever it does this, so I suggest you reinstall it, I am waiting for LCPDFR 1.0 because it will have less bugs etc.

Yes, back up vehicles.img with the bad car and use the stock file to get the cars backup (For Example: If you messed up on police.wtd and police.wft then you would export police.wtd and police.wft from the stock file and then use it on the backup vehicles.img with the bad car and then you would replace the bad car with the original file from the files you exported)

That is a bug in ELS V6 and it doesn't matter what model you install, so I sugest you update to V7, I can't update because it causes my game to crash, and if you want to uninstall directly from SparkIV, you cant, but I suggest you make a backup folder and you can look for backup files on Google, I took the liberty to find a link : http://www.gta-downloads.com/en/gta4/file-backups/10674-models-cdimages-folder-backup.html Make sure you back up your current "vehicles.img" and put in the new one and save and then take out the cars you want and then put in the "vehicles.img" you backed up and put in the car files that you took out, hope this helped, good luck :)
