Nice car, did you make a handling?

I have a Suburban and a Crown Victoria that I retextured for myself and I cant handle the cars because the cars dont come with a handling line and I have tried default handling and other Crown Victoria's handling but nothing seems to work, so can someone give me a good handling for both these cars? Wail was from GTA V but the volume was increased and so was the Yelp and all the priority tones sound the same so I did use another one and same with the air horn but it was temporary until I finish clipping the sounds together, and you are a good detective.
