I can't seem to find any peds that I like, the body and uniforms are great, but the heads.......no. I am wondering if anyone could point me to a tutorial to change heads and add a few parts instead of converting an entire ped. I have looked through a few, but they are too long and aren't helpful. Could anyone tell me of one that helped them?

I can't really help you with the lack of info provided. And don't export as .DDS, export as .PNG (depends on what texture formats you are using on the model).

lol vannila is a ice creame flaver..lern how two use words properly.... But srrsly, the vanilla cars can get repetitive, so I switch around LCPD cars so I don't blow my brains out. I don't like Highway Patrol in LC, because there is barley any highway. I can't wait for GTA V and it's massive highways tho :P

It only works in SP ;) TL;DR, It doesn't work in multilpayer.

Most Sketchup cars are really poor quality, modders tend to stay away from them. And since you are new to conversions, I would recommend learning some stuff in ZModeler before you do some thing big as conversions. It's a real pain in the ass to learn conversions when there are no decent tutorials out there :/ Good luck, I guess :)

Try removing ELS or LCPDFR too see which the problem is. For the best support result, I suggest that you provide some more details :)

Could you show how your extras are set up? And try pressing "J" or the key that turns on the primary lights, again (if you are using ELS V8).

I don't know if GTA V modding is allowed here (if not, the mods can remove this, I guess) but I was browsing through GTAF and I came across a thread and it's been confirmed to be legitimate.
