You need to export it using the same name as the dummy (if it's polpatriot.wft, then that's what you export it as).

I have been using RealityIV (a timecycle mod) and I don't get any lighting bloom or effects during the daytime, I only get ELS effects during "evening" it gets annoying to always go to a certain time just to get a lighting effect. I am using a mix of Kanyo's timecycle mod and RealityIV, what files do I have to edit to get the effect during daytime? And no, it's not because of Kanyo's timecycle mod, I had this issue before (it actually made my lights a bit brighter). Evening: Day:

Or you can use a Driver: SF CVPI (it's a 2003 model). I also sometimes do this, I use the armored security and not the fat one :P

The problem with having a marked version is that you would need to UV map it and it is very hard to do with vanilla cars. I would take it, but I am working on 5 different projects. Good luck with the request though!

You could ask permission from the skin owner to use on your model, it's better than no textures at all. It's a pretty basic setup, but that's because you are using the same setup as the CPD. It's pretty nice :)
