    There's more than one Whelen model, and i believe one of them is either the 295SLSA1 or 295SL100.

    I also noticed that even after i set MaximumCopCarsInPursuit=3, there are still as many cop cars in pursuits as with the default setting (5). It don't seem to make a difference.
