  1. Working video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BNVBq7ecrUI That's a Whelen 295 siren. I actually believe the closest you'll get to that in GTA IV are one of the Whelen's i've uploaded. Have a look and see for yourself: http://www.lcpdfr.com/index.php?app=core&module=search&do=user_activity&search_app=downloads&mid=844&userMode=all&sid=14cd8b31d9c450a1f6173c9eb6df6c34

  5. Thanks for the comment. Sorry, i wont be making another airhorn, as this one is the one that comes with the siren in the real world too.
  6. Didn't seem to change anything. I'll send you a PM.
  7. I'll try what you suggested, and if all that fails as well, i might want you to have a look, if you don't mind.
  8. I guess that could be a reason, although the sounds are the same frequency as most of the default GTA IV sounds. The airhorn im trying to use is less than 1 second (0,20) and it's mono 32-bit float 44100Hz.
  9. Yes half the sound file sounds and then turns into the sort of banging noise. But it's not because it's too long as i've tried cutting it down to even shorter than the default sound was. It must be something else that's causing it, which is where im stuck because i can't think of what it is.
  10. I'm currently trying to finish a good quality Whelen 295SL siren, but is now a bit stranded because i can't seem to get any airhorn to work without those sound glitch noises that comes when a siren tone isnt working properly. I have the same problem trying to replace the PCM23 (i think it was) with a 295SL tone and i have tried everything i could think of. Anyone out there who are experienced with modding the GTA IV sirens who would be willing to have a look at this? It's a real shame if this can't be finished properly, as it's quite a good sound quality siren.
  11. It's the Federal Signal SmartSiren (SS2000). You can download a good quality one here
  12. Another one? Wow, I was listening to the Shawnee Police, Fire and EMS scanner yesterday were tornadoes also went through the Oklahoma area, and that was bad enough already. I really hope people are okay and get through this without too much trouble.
  13. I really like the primary E-52 pattern. Works well with most lighting setups and looks good.
  14. My local force is the Odense Police, part of the Danish police force which use the same vehicle models throughout the country. One of the patrols on scene of a fire And some recent photos from Copenhagen, which are similar vehicles to the Odense vehicles: One of many Ford Mondeos Brand new Lima unit (police incident commander) A Passat with the new national police livery
  15. Looks like this has given me a bit better FPS. Not sure on the crashing, but that weren't often in the first place anyway. Thanks for showing this. Certainly quite useful.
  16. This is fantastic. Well done!
  17. My god this is just awesome. I even got a little better FPS with the lights on than i got with V6. Good job!
  18. Oh my, i'm happy its holidays tomorrow :D I know what im doing all night. Awesome!
