  1. Seeing as it isn't in the form of a sticker-like logo that you would slap on a truck, it looks more like an actual department's logo. I wouldn't doubt that it isn't original logo considering all that Rockstar did was convert the same model over to V.
  2. Bravo! Definitely something that we've need in the modding community for a long time.
  3. These vehicles all exist already. All you need to do is search around from website to website and download the models and make the pack yourself. That's what I've done. Of course if you want accurate lighting and such for EACH individual model, like the NYPD has their lights set up, then that might be a challenge.
  4. May I ask what fine ENB did you use use to take those screenshots?

  6. Wow just fantastic! DayZ has come sooo far since it's original release as a mod for Arma2. I'm definitely going to be picking this up for the 30 dollars it costs.

  8. I'm really enjoying the script. Hardly any bugs at all so far. What's nice is the amount of random things that can occur with responding to a call-out. For example, I was responding to a attempted homicide and, as fast as I hurried to the area, when I arrived I was able to see the suspect shoot the victim in the head with a handgun. I then jumped from my RMP and retrieved my shotgun and aimed it towards the suspect, still holding the handgun. Once I attempted to arrest the suspect, he dropped the weapon and put his hands onto his head. I called an ambulance to the scene but it was obvious the victim was already dead. These call-outs are quite amazing in detail and I do hope you continue with adding more to the script. Thanks Vocosol!
  9. I would suggest following Corelone's tutorial on templates. It is really informative and should clear up any issues you're having.

  11. So the file is so large that it needs to be downloaded via torrent? Is that the case?
  12. So what you're asking is if LCPD:FR will work on a torrented copy of the game, GTA 4? If so, then no. LCPD:FR will not be compatible with a torrented copy of the game. Oh, and pirating or torrenting the game are the same thing. They are both illegal.

  14. Huh, thought this thread was locked. Well for starters, I don't know what c13 is talking about, lol, because a pirated copy of GTA 4 will not work with LCPD:FR nor will you be given any support from the members of this website for said pirated copy. Besides, why can't you just buy the game? It's real cheap these days.

  16. You've really outdone yourself by making this. Thank you Gangrenn!
  17. Come on. Be real for one moment and think. If China wanted to prepare an attack on the US, the US government would know about it. I'm not going to think for one second that the US government isn't keeping secrets from us such as spying on foreign nations and taking the role of world police. Like NB has said, the US and China have an interesting relationship and they aren't going to fuck up that relationship with conflict because neither side will benefit.
  18. As NB stated, the US, and all other world powers, keep themselves in check by doing stuff like this. I believe that this was intentional. Bottom line is that China was minding it's own business and the US wanted to test China's restraint by blatantly ignoring China's warnings to back away.
  19. It wasn't released, it was leaked. Someone was going through some files that they shouldn't have and then they uploaded them to YouTube.
