  1. The car looks really good but the skin is kind of "if-y"
  2. No, this was prior to the release. As I stated, I replaced all of the files with backed-up ones. This is a completely vanilla game.
  3. In your scripts file, delete the two files the say VDHpolicehelper.
  4. So first of all: -I replaced the files with the backed-up originals -I am running the game as administrator via the LaunchGTA.exe I am having this problem again. I tried starting it, went straight to the social club screen, clicked offline, the screen went away and brought up a black screen for about 5 seconds then went to the desktop. I can click on it to bring me back to the screen and I'll hear the loading audio, then straight back to desktop. In the task manager, it shows up active. Any clue how to fix this? I am stumped. :/ (just when nice cars and LCPDFR 1.0 is released)
  5. My game is not working right now. Could someone test out a skin for me and take a few pictures? I'll send the skin via private message if you are interested. :)
  6. If you were trying to make an accurate Harris County car, I didn't find anything that looked like that on Google. This car however does look pretty nice :)
  7. If you made a username and a password, it should work here too
  8. If I were you, I'd go with a better processor
  9. Tell that to Dubai! They have Lambos, Porsches, Bentleys, ect. All for the police force! :o
  10. I paid for a G&G Combat Machine Raider M4. Airsoft is one crazy thing :P
  11. No one has made one, so you can start by scratch making a 2013 Ford interceptor, finding all of the proper lights, making the interior, making the skin, testing it, ect. This stuff takes time and I doubt anyone will just make a model that is rare to GTA. I don't want to sound rude, but good luck with either: finding someone willing to do this, or doing this yourself
  12. As far as I know, you can change the username to your LCPDFR username. this is done when you install LCPDFR and link your account.
  13. You could always edit the ELS textures in photoshop, gimp, paint.net, ect.
  14. I've successfully almost finished the left side of the Crown vic, but how would I transfer that to the other side? (my first skin :P)
  15. Today, I saw an undercover 2011 Ford Taurus SHO. I thought the SHO wasn't used by departments... It only had 2 grille lights and regular plates on the back. What do you think? My department uses mostly 2008 Chevy Impalas, A few Ford Victoria Slicktops (the best! ;) ), 2009 Chevy Tahoes, and two Chevy Vans... Comment and feel free to add some pictures as well! :P
  16. I added 5 vehicles and 1 siren. I tried to change the files back to the original backups but got the same results with the vehicles. Not sure as of the siren
  17. unfortunately, the situation is the same as it was a day ago. :/
  18. Ok I installed it. *fingers crossed* time to test! *edit* Did not work :(
  19. Do you have a link?
  20. unfortunately not. And yes I am. :/
  21. So I started with GIMP and I began to get the hang of it. While I am very easily confused by this, can anyone give me some tips or pointers to help me get started out? I'm not asking for elaborate, really complicated skin help, just basic stuff! :)
