What about a Breaking and Entering in progress, rather than one that has happened?

What about the ability to put a tire lock on a stationary, unnoccupied vehicle? It could be implemented into a menu with the ability to issue the vehicle a ticket, but this would be good for vehicles involved in crimes.'>

I don't know for you guys, but the messages for F7 seem to be backwards for me? It may just be the way I'm (not) understanding it, but when I go on duty from the station, I receive calls. If I hit F7, it says that I am no longer busy and can receive calls, however, nothing comes over the radio. Hitting F7 again shows me as busy, but I receive calls as normal. This may not have made any sense, but thought I would share this with you

Will you still be able to pull cars over using LCPD:FR with the ELS-enabled car, or do you need a police slot for that?

From what I've seen, most pursuits finish when the suspect bails and flees, eventually being caught by the police. After repeatedly trying to get his car to go, he decided to leave. Police are trained throughout their careers in situations exactly like these, and I trust their judgement. We don't know who they were chasing, we don't know what he did, and we don't know what could have happened. It is too hard to judge based on just the video. I trust their judgement.

Police are allowed to use deadly force when someone poses a significant threat to the officers or others. This man, after a pursuit at relatively high speeds through LA, T-boned another vehicle and ruined his own. The reckless manner of driving means that police are legally allowed to kill the man. However, 99% of police work is done in the gray area. I do believe that the shooting was clean. As he got out of the car, had he stayed there, he would not have been shot, Had he remained in the car, he would not have been shot. Had he not broken the law in the first place, he would not have been shot. However, as he jumped out of his crashed car, he charged towards officers. In the 3 seconds that this happened, the police have to make a decision that will forever impact the rest of their lives. When are the police going to load LTL rounds? WHy would they let the man get close enough to them for a taser to be deployed? An object in motion stays in motion, that taser wouldn't have stopped the charging in time. Pepper spray? There just isn't enough time for these officers to be able to get their less-than-lethal rounds out. Was shooting him the right choice? Maybe not, but what other options did they have as he jumped out of the car and ran towards the officers?

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you knew of a generic or LC city bus? I was looking around and was only able to find buses for GTA:SA. I found a tour bus, but that just doesn't seem right for me :/ If anybody knows of one, any help is appreciated
