DoubleHelix got a reaction from The Loot in [REL] Realism Dispatch Enhanced 3.1.1@Maxson777 I wrote a tutotial for getting Rde 3.1.1 partially running on the newest update. It allows the vehicles and peds to be used. Six Star Response(how the wanted levels are controlled) hasn't been updated to work yet(so no Juggernauts spawing, etc). As per popular request, I've fully explained how to properly create LSPDFR API plugins and the entire thought process behind it. I've also included an example project that I will elaborately discuss in the PDF file, along with some development tips.
There is also an entire appendix documenting the available LSPDFR API functions and their use.
Enjoy!
If you're new, I recommend following the PDF guide first and checking your results against the finished project afterwards for maximum effectiveness.
Guide to using the LSPDFR API and Documentation - Albo1125.pdf
Guide to using the LSPDFR API - Finished Project.rar
Note: It should be self-explanatory but please don't re-upload my example plugin as your own.
I've also created a video guide to supplement the above files.
If you're looking for a guide to access my own APIs, like the Traffic Policer API, check this out:

DoubleHelix reacted to Pipeline in LSPDFR Announcement + PreviewI know a lot of things have already been suggested in this thread, but I'd like to add another suggestion to that growing list.
Hopefully it'd be easy to implement. My idea is to split police audio into two categories - "aggressive" and "passive". What I mean by that is, for instance, when first pulling someone over, over the loudspeaker instead of yelling "PULL THE F*CK OVER!" instead a more calm audio file is selected. I feel like it breaks immersion a little when they suddenly yell at a driver when attempting to pull them over because one of their tail lights isn't working.
As I said, hopefully this wouldn't be too hard to do.

DoubleHelix reacted to Nishida in What CPU would you recommend? After looking at some benchmarks I think I will go with the I7 and also it's good to know that I've got room to expand with my current PSU. Thanks you've really helped me out!

DoubleHelix reacted to EvilJackCarver in Men Can't Hit Women, Agree or DisagreeHere's my view on it:
If someone throws the first blow, they have revoked their right to simply walk away and use of force to the degree deemed necessary to defend myself is justified - whether it's a male, female or otherwise committing the assault.
Texas penal code, §9.31.

DoubleHelix reacted to KyneiZero in ELS has no bloomNice DoubleHelix, short, simple yet very informative post.
Search doesn't always answer the question or find the right answer, so nice to have this info in one place for reference.

DoubleHelix got a reaction from KyneiZero in ELS has no bloomIf you are using an ENB made for Gta IV, you must make a few adjustments for it to work for EFLC. The layout for EFLC is as follows:
common>data>visualsettings.dat
pc>data>timecycle.dat+ the other timecycle.dat modifiers
I believe the issue is you are not copying the files to TBoGT Directory:
TBoGT>common>data>visualsettings.dat
TBoGT>pc>data>timecycle.dat
TLAD>pc>data>timecycle.dat (The TLAD doesn't get the visual file, it references the one in common.)
Hopefully that will resolve your issue. Good Luck!!

There are Police Officers, and there are Pigs. Police Officers are respectable and do their job. Pigs abuse their power. There is a difference.
