Hello im making peds models for 2014 I il make kevlar vest , radio on shoulder ... And i gonna make a version with riot shield,yes riot shield. Updates soon. 0.1 = whistle 0.2 = radio mottorola 0.3 = update for v1

Correction: I dont know how to use 3ds max (i just use 3ds max to rig peds) , i make models in zmodeler. and if you want realistic mods use 3ds max.

You should put credits in the kevlar vest. This vest from Otto Mods .They riged and converted by Edsir98 or ac.amir (dont remember). I think that holster is from Otto MODS too.

change the object texture very informal example: chassis_L0 > prop. new material / change material "chassis (interior)" widscreen_L0 > prop. new material / change material "windows (vehglass)" Using gimp or photoshop you can change the windows opacity.
