Nice pack. The colors (blue and gold-ish color) go very well with the basic black and white style.

I think it is something with the FCC. I think I saw on a video that the codes have to be short to allow others to talk on the radio. Also most people don't know what the codes mean...each DEPT they change. Also lets say a person stole a police car and was able to hear the radio, without codes they would be able to hear all of the cops plans.

Yeah! there is on a bridge and in the "downtown" area of Liberty City.

This skin is a "bit weird". The left side of the car has no markings or anything that make it "stand out"....as for the right side, it does have "GHOST" markings that say Liberty City Police Traffic Enforcement.

What's wrong with it? It is a take off of the Ann Arbor police DEPT.....I was visiting my mom and a manhunt was going on so we went to get ice cream and I saw a CVPI that they had that had only one side painted. The reason why the descales are on the right side is so the cop can sit on the side of the road and no one knows if its a cop (from the left side)....Yes I know, it is a bit weird. lol
