Hi everyone! I was looking to see if anyone could make a Dispatch Mod like the one seen below. The guy said he would do it but hasn't been on since October 5th, 2013. Is this even possible to do? If so can anyone do it! I think everyone would love something like this and it would make Patrolling in Liberty City so much better!
