  1. Christ, this looks cool! I hope that this will make it on to Steam eventually, for workshop support and all that! Suggestion: Buying/selling/re-using equipment and weaponry. Say that there is a local weapons or equipment manufactory in town, they're a tad more expensive to buy things from but if you do, the people and city hall gets happier. The other choice would be to buy equipment from China or some place, which is cheaper but will affect equipment reliability and community relations. Additionally, if you have a surplus of old weapons that have been replaced by newer models, you can either scrap it or sell it (perhaps to the black market if you want to play a corrupt chief ) Another idea would be that you could re-use vehicles, equipment and weapons that you've seized from criminals, if you're a small department with a low budget. Really looking forward for more updates!
  2. I love it! One thing I'd like fixed, however: After a pursuit, the cops enter their cars to drive away. If I issue the secure scene order after they've gotten into their cars, the cops will drive away, instead of getting out of their cars and doing their jobs.
  3. I believe dispatch.meta (which can be found in update\update.rpf\common\data) controls this. I'm not entirely sure where in the file you would have to edit, though. Realism Dispatch Enhanced adds more vehicles and their respective spawn rates by default, additionally I think LSPDFR 0.4 will make this easier as well: .
  4. Any tips on how to catch more than 1 racer during the street racer callout? They all go in different directions and the backup units are seemingly incapable of catching them on their own.
  5. Can I get rid of the April Fools joke thing? I'd like to play normally.
  6. These projects are a great idea. With 0.4 coming out, do you think there could be a Los Angeles pack? You know, with every agency of the Los Angeles Area (Long Beach PD, Venice Beach PD etc..) in it? Alternatively, a Los Santos-area pack since there seems to be more of those agencies available modding-wise.
  7. Christ, I love you guys. Question: will the patrolling units behave like proper police officers and actually arrest two fighting peds or just shoot them on the spot?
  8. There are already tons of expanded item lists for those mods, so you wouldn't need to write new ones for LSPDFR.
  9. hm, then I don't know, sorry.
  10. (I would install that mod on an unmodded version of the game to be safe) Then you install the car mods in the Modding folder you just installed.
  11. Maybe someone already asked this, but will the frisk animation work with the API? Police Search and Search Warrant would work great with the frisk animation.
  12. Try using this mod. It makes it easier to replace things, since you have to put things in different archives depending on your version of the game.
  13. Make sure the vehicles have got the correct handling lines, they should be included within the README files of both vehicles.
  14. I like it! Is that the same logo used in Gotham, though? It looks a tad different.
  15. Have you worked together with the EUP dev team on 0.4 or is this "all you"? Very hyped for the frisk animation, by the way!
  16. Hi, something that I'd like fixed in the next update is the easily frightened cops that occupy the Downtown Police Station. If a shot is fired in the station, the poor things get so scared that they run for their lives! This doesn't feel too immersive, in my opinion.
  17. I like it, though you should make the MILITSIYA text smaller in order for it to fit and not overlap on to the front of the vehicle.
  18. This isn't a game issue, though, it's a site one. I'm talking about the content update pop-up that appears around lcpdfr.com, where it says a scripthook V update is not currently available.
  19. ScripthookV has been updated, please change the content update notices accordingly. http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/
  20. Oh yeah, I got it, I was trying to tag him.
  21. I use a lot of scripts from the scripts and plugins section, almost this entire page for flavor and the sheer amount of callouts available. The essential callout packs in my opinion are Assorted Callouts and PeterUCallouts, but I tend to download every one I find.
  22. How about what Abraxas did with his coroner mod for LCPDFR? That mod spawns a stretcher behind the coroner's van and turns all bodies into body bags.
  23. Ah, yeah, makes sense I think.
