Hello, this has been on my mind for a while and thanks to @11john11 we have been able to make this. I only made the skin, the model and carcols are his. Installation instructions are in the read me, but the models are right here:

im am most like going to come out with a GCPD modern pack, but i don't know, what do you guys think? i need to know other wise all that work will be for nothing if i do make it, thanks

---------------------UPDATE FEB 15 2018----------------------------
Because of rules i could not include the model even though i had permission from 11john11, but what ever.
All i did in this version was take out the model, which john has in his model in the link above

I like it! Is that the same logo used in Gotham, though? It looks a tad different.

make sure you download the correct model, this skin is most likly outdated. the model probably got updated along with the template
