  1. I'm not a huge sports fan, but I have some favorite soccer teams. RFPL: Dinamo Moscow (formerly — soviet police sports club, BTW ;) ) The PL: Chelsea MLS: LA Galaxy
  2. It really worked. Thanks.
  3. Just've got a game crashed afted trying to take out the in-game phone (to check the time). I've got LCPDFR 1.0a with EFLC, using it with TBoGT. Here're the log files, I think the key is in the AdvancedHook.log. I've attached AdvancedHookInit.log and LCPDFR.log as well in an archive, just in case.
  4. Game've crashed after calling a prisoner transport.
  5. I think that would be a good idea to let player pass arrested suspect to prisoner transport or another unit at any time. Sometimes you can lose you car or get caught in another situation (of simply die), but you've already pressed the “Y” button, so you have nothing to do but look for an available police vehicle or call backup to simply steal it from your fellow officer.
  6. This could be a basic “thank you” post, but I want to write it. 1.0 is laggy, baggy and freezy. Just any other major update of any software. But it finally made LCPDFR real. You don't need to kill a single suspect who held a gun, because he wan't surrender no matter what. You can taze him, then arrest. And colleagues won't kill him surrendering. No more you just kill suspects, no more accidents are nothing. Everything should — or, at least, could be reported. No more callout scenarios are straightforward missions. You never know what is waiting for you around the corner and what it'll turn to. It feels not like True Crime's rudimentary “street crimes”, but more like SWAT4 on the streets. It's the game I've seen in my dreams. Thank you. It's the best Chrismas and New Year present for me.
  7. Happy New Year to everyone here! May this one be much better then any before! God I'm drunk...
  8. It's not as bad as it was. Ramzan Kadyrov (he's a president of Chechnya... Well, thinking of Chechnya as a state, Mr. Kadyrov is the governor) doing a hell of a job sucking federal money. Some journalists say, "Moscow is a Grozny colony now." I'm trying to fugure out the party that could be interested in the bombing and capable of a terrorist-like attack. Considering the current political situation, the muslim separatists are the least suspicious on that. My guess, that could be Russian nationalists with two possible goals - to set up the mentioned separatists or to undermine the idea of olimpics, where the latter sounds to be too light-minded. Also, the version is supported but the increased activity of Volgograd nationalists just after the bombing, who even tried to make a "people's council" - a rally, simply speaking. It's not their modus operandi, nationalists here prefer to attack the government directly, e.g. bombing the police station. But there was some uncovered long-term plans, so maybe the bombing is a part of it. I won't go to conspiracy theories yet, but I can't deny possibility of near-government parties involvement.
  9. Most probably - just a "usual" collapse of the stadium stands build with an F-grade concrete from some minor landslide. The regime could try to use it as an excuse for some... you know, the regime stuff.
  10. This olimpics were a reckless idea from the start. Winter olimpics in subtropics, near politically unstable regions, with constractions build no-one-knows-where-from materials... I almost sure that something bad will happen.
  11. Another one just happened with no obvious reason. The game froze for a second, then crushed. Here're the logs, I think the key is in the AdvancedHook.log
  12. Here's another one. Just went off duty @ station then got this. Files attached.
  13. 10-4. I think it would be nice to include that to the “latest update” section or such. Thanks.
  14. Hello. There's a problem with siren mode selection: the game simply crashes to desktop while I try to use the Siren mode selection. It's simply like that: pressing “/” — and the game crushes. Log files archive are attached.
  15. Bacon or Xtreme Smokin' Ribs.
  16. Of course you can be a legal emmigrant.
  17. Yes, the requirements include a U.S. citizenship, maybe there's an exceptions I don't know about, but generally you've got to be an American. i can imagen: Sgt. Wallgen of The NYPD anti-drug unit. Here goes Investigator Tkachenko (uh-huh ), Atlanta Transit
  18. Yes, I gonna go to law enforcement. Why? Well, I wanted to be a lot of things through my life, but what also I always wanted is to help people and to protect them. Also I'm a pretty talanted analyst and explorer, I'm good with a law study and I'm more or less good with people, which could make a nice investigator of me. Sadly, there's reasons why I unable to and don't want to join law enforcement in Russia. Currently, I plan to move to U.S., where, after the naturalization, I gonna enlist to a local police academy. Currently the most interesting opportunity for me is Atlanta PD, GA. Also, I have a dream of joining some kind of an international investigating body of UN, ICC or such.
  19. Nice, very interesting point of view.
  20. Hey, it's always like that. There's always people who hate you an there'll always be. Especially if you're differ from a crowd anyhow. Especially if you like police — 'cause for the most of a people cops are “pigs never letting you do whatever you want”. Just don't mind him. I'm afraid you won't get him even with sarcasm or something — he's too stupid (yet, I hope) to understand it.
  21. As we're allowed to play plainclothes, there's an idea that crossed my mind. Police department often use a variety of unmarked vehicles, and sometimes even allow officers to register and use their own car. So why not to make possible to turn almost any car in game in a cruiser? Maybe without computer terminal, but at least with the «trunk refill» feature. Of course it should be impossible to do that in the middle of a duty, only at the police station. Also, it could be added as an option while chosing the patrol car, like “use the first car I'll get in” or such.
  22. Well, I hadn't a chance to use a firearm, but for a reasons I really like FN FNP.
  23. I'm surprised no one mentioned The Wire yet. Sadly, it's over already.
  24. Suddenly, kinda right X) After one... let's say, unfortunate incident a brony friends even reached my cellphone to ensure I'm okay.
  25. Well, some people think of us as a kind of cultists ;) We're up'n'runnin'! Well, not so fast and loud as a bit of mounths ago, but community's in pretty stable condition. Just was left by passersby. And there's season 4 coming, isn't it? MLP was almost unknown here in Russia before the FiM phenomenon, so it was a surprise for me that there're some fans from the previous generations. I'm not thinking of you as a fan, just saying. Have you watched the FiM, BTW?
