Ya but the reason why I have Intel Graphics is because I have a Laptop.

Thanks guys, I just wish I had a beast graphics card but all I have is Intel HD Graphics 4000 which sucks.

I use paint.net and im not this bad as I mean no offence, but just find some matchbox police cars and see if you can have a idea of those like I did for one of my patrol skin im gona release soon.

Ok im been trying to find fixes and stuff, I have to admit its VERY FREAKING STRESSFUL and I dont want to buy another pc because I dont have the money. I just want to know how to run GTA IV on Inter HD graphics 4000 with 30-20 FPS(dont care if its low quality settings)

Ok ill give it a try. tried, did not work but I once had a setting that make like a island no visible if that helps and I dont want to get rid of Radiance mod.

I would like to change the visibility so I can get some FPS. I know you can change it like the timecyc.dat or visualsettings.dat, but how?

For some reason I get near police station or turn lights on in the car its crashes. What could this be?
