Well I fixed the lightbar but what about the wheel? So far heres what I got all I need it the wheel texture to be fixed.

It wont load the textures even though I have them in there with and I checked to make sure the names are the same. ZModeler is ready. Texture "emerglights.png" was not found. Texture "" was not found. Texture "(null)" was not found. Texture "(null)" was not found. Texture "(null)" was not found.

When ever I open the model, the lightbar's textures don't load even though I put the textures with the model in the folder. Also in zmodeler the wheel is fine but when in gta iv & open iv the wheel's textures are jacked up.

When ever I try to change the lights on my Alienware x51 R2 it doesn't change as I have tried everything possible to fix it. Tried but still spawns cars where path aren't even existent.

How do I change where cars spawn as im working on making Alderney the only island on GTA IV for just crazy reasons.... So I have changed the paths but cars are still going on the paths from what I saw... Removed the islands execpt Alderney... And I have edited popcycle.dat. Now what else?

Well do you know a fix for the lag?

GTA IV gets FPS Lag when I get into pursuits all the time, And its annoying!! I usually run at 25-30 FPS and i'm happy with that and when I get into a pursuit.. FPS Lag not low FPS. Anybody know a fix?

How to make a civ vehicle to a police car that can pull over cars or I can, I already got ELS to work for the cars I have set as Police cars.
