That is not the latest log. We need the log from your main game folder not your `logs` folder. If there are any numbers after `RagePluginHook` then that is the wrong log.

Sorry to be clear there are times you need to update your mods folder. This particular update you did not need to - it depends on exactly which game files the GTA update effected. What I was saying is that this specific error from RPH would not pop up in relation to outdated game files only in relation to outdated EXEs

There's pretty much only two things that can go wrong with EUP. Either the EUP files themselves or the EUP configurations. Also it's important to note that the locker configurations are different from the EUP Menu configurations. So first thing I would confirm is that eup menu configurations are broken as well

so it seems the mods folder was the issue? something in your mods folder is causing your issue. Either a mod you installed or a file you edited. You can try revert the most recent thing you changed. Or you have to delete your mods folder and start a new one, as it is impossible for us to diagnose what's actually causing the issue.

Try renaming your mods folder to _mods Then try start your game again.

Dude you're getting confusing. This error doesn't show when "LSPDFR crashes while loading," this is before RPH even launches properly. What is the current problem?

If you are launching this exe then you should not be getting the system32 error

Please rename it back to `_mods` and do not rename it back until you have finished troublehsooting. then run again and upload your new rph log if you crash

Reinstall Callout Interface you're missing files 3. Open the commandline.txt file, found in your main Grand Theft Auto directory, delete everything inside the file then add -windowed and save the file.

Follow the steps below. if they do not work move on to the next step Do you currently have a `scripts` folder in your main game folder? if you do Rename the scripts folder to `_scripts` and try launch again. 2. Remove any `ScriptHookVDotNet` files in your main game folder. Then try start your game again. 3. Please upload your `Asiloader.log` and `ELS.log` (they can be found in your main GTA directory)
