Installation
Just take the 'plugins' folder and drag them to:

> SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\

In the YourShift.ini file you can customize the plugin according to your needs.

What does YourShift do?

YourShift shows you regularly how long you have been on duty, when you can take lunch break and when your shift is over.
By default, a shift lasts 24h (-> 48 minutes in real).

If you want to change the duration of your shift consider:

- 2 seconds in real time, is 1 minute in the game
- 2 minutes in real time is one hour in the game
- 1 day in game is 48 minutes in real time

As soon as you go on duty with your character, the timer will start. In the ini file you can define how often you want to be shown
how long your shift will last.

- You can now set how long you want to pause! 😉
- Changed language selection function from true/false to "EN"/"DE". If more languages are wanted, I will add them.
- You can enter your callsign now
- You can decide how the messages should be structured!
- Choose your favorite police station as location
- Disable the plugin if the configuration is wrong. Help to fix it.

Are you able to make it pay us money, or let us customize how much money we get per shift in the ini? I know people say MP players can't get money but I've figured out a way but I want to test it.

Hey just wanted to let you know that currently your plugin version that appears in the log appears as a different version then on the site. I'd highly recommend fixing this first of all as good standards of plugin development but more importantly because when it comes to troubleshooting this allows confirmation that the user is using the latest version of your plugin.

Hey, thanks for your report! I'm currently on an update and I will have a look at this. But the version is in the ini-file, and if you go on duty it shows you if you have the newest version. Anyways, thank you and thanks for the download 😄

That may be true but when we are dealing with troubleshooting we cannot go to every single plugins ini to see the version, we check the rph log. I'm not a plugin developer myself but from what I understand making sure the version reads correctly is not a particularly complicated thing. Thanks for looking into it.

That's true. As I said I will have a look and it will be corrected in the new update. Now there only shows up a message if you have an outdated version. If you use my plugin you will see it when I upload my update 😉

You could spend your money on meal times with the Food Shops Script and a few of these compatible MLO interiors

The LSPDFR Character can't earn or spend money. Already have ideas for that, already working on an update but this can't work.

Oh man, sounds like it could be a script in and of itself as far as clocking hourly pay+OT based on shift times! either way looking forward whatever you might have in mind!

Simple yet great mod. It adds depth to my patrol. Those time frames makes each shift feel like an episode, rather than some random activity. Useful to control time as well 🙂

I use real time sync mod (1 min real time = 1 min in game), so I wish there was more cohesive value system put in .ini. For now it displays I have to do 240 hours to in fact work real (and in-game) few hours, making me calculate each data I put there. Great mod nonetheless 🙂
