It's recommended that you read the install instructions that come with plugins. also benzo has some good tutorials. If you have any specific questions feel free to ask.

Most likely the pack you installed is made for a different version of EUP than you have installed.

The kit available to change has to be changed through the carvariations file (which by default there is none for policeb) so you if didn't add a kit pack for the policeb slot you wont be able to modify it through the trainer

That's literally not possible. The game applies the textures by the specific name of the .ytd files. So the only textures that can apply (for example) to the sheriff car are the texture files that appear in the sheriff.ytd (or sheriff+hi.ytd if you have one), so it's impossible for the textures of another car model to appear - at some point the livery must have been wrongly installed in the sheriffs texture library.

When you reinstalled the asiloader what exactly did you do? Did you restart your computer before or after you reinstalled?

Stop the ped has a built in feature to "calm peds" or you can use the quite old Keep Calm plugin

If you don't have a scripts folder or its still not working remove every ScriptHookVDotNet file from your main game folder and try again 3. if still not working please upload your asiloader.log and ELS.log from your main game folder.

please upload your log from your main game folder (not your logs folder). Also are you on a laptop?

Sounds like you know exactly what is causing the issue.... Most likely WYD is outdated and should be removed.

Try renaming your mods folder to _mods Then try start your game again.

Do not "stop" your antivirus. If you already disabled it, reenable it. antivirus's exclusions lists exist for a reason.

bejoijo's suite of plugins are great essential plugins to get started. I also believe benzo has some great videos on LSPDFR.

If you have installed addon vehicle packs you need to install a custom gameconfig, headadjuster and packfile adjuster

No because you have ENB installed you will always need to launch the regular game first.

Giving all weapons is causing the crash - don't give yourself weapons that way.
