There is a bug in mega phone ui right now update it with the version from here In regards to your mods folder... try rename it back to normal if you don't crash have fun!... if you do crash something in your mods folder is causing your issue. Either a mod you installed or a file you edited. You can try revert the most recent thing you changed. Or you have to delete your mods folder and start a new one, **as it is impossible for us to diagnose what's actually causing the issue**.

This is presumably because you have StopThePed installed. STP has a realistic Weapons system. This can be disabled permanently in the ini or temporarily in the in game context menu from STP.

If you are talking about the decals from EUP... They are currently broken - the only known partial fix is to launch the regular game then once loaded in launch RPH. If that doesn't work there is no other known fix.

Absolutley He would not be able to activate ELS on those vehicles at all if he hadn't already done that. Everything I've seen so far and everything you are telling me indicates that ELS is working perfectly fine. 1. When you installed the new car did you install the new ELS xml that came with it or just left the old one? 2. Is there any way you could send a video of the issue.

ok there is no crash in your log 1. Just confirming you're still getting the crash with the mods folder renamed? Keep it renamed to _mods until we solve the problem 2. Do you have a vfs.dll file in your main game directory? If you do Rename the vfs.dll file to _vfs.dll. Then try start your game again. 3. If you don't or it's still crashing, please verify your game through whichever launched you own the game on.

This really doesn't make sense can you try install a different vehicle in a different slot and confirm if it works? Also when you are in one of the vehicles and press Ctrl + P does the els panel open?

Just to confirm the models ELS is not working on is police, police2 and, police3?
