You are running quiet an old version of both GTA and RPH. You need to update those before we can continue troubleshooting. To force GTA to update delete your gta5.exe then verify your game. then Update LSPDFR/RPH https://bit.ly/3A9CIhX DOWNLOAD THE "MANUAL INSTALL" VERSION, copy and paste EVERYTHING in the zip except for the licenses and lspdfr folders (you can ignore them) into your main GTA directory.

please upload your latest log the one you uploaded is not the latest log. We need the log from your main game folder not your `logs` folder. If there are any numbers after `RagePluginHook` then that is the wrong log.

remove these two files

Try launch regular GTA first, then once you've loaded in story mode and can move your character around tab-out and launch RagePH.

you should install vehicles into the latest patchday. the original files you are replacing do not need to be there.

we can fix that. but you need to get back to the latest version of gta

That is not the latest log. We need the log from your main game folder not your `logs` folder. If there are any numbers after `RagePluginHook` then that is the wrong log.

That's a really stupid way to go about solving the problem. Computers have antivirus for a reason. antiviruses have exclusion lists for a reason as well.

Do the following 1. Load GTA 5 first. Then, once in-game, tab out and launch RPH. 2. Go into the CommandLine.txt file in your main GTA directory and delete everything inside the file and then add `-windowed` and save and exit the document. Then retry step 1. 3. Add the GTA V folder your antivirus's exclusions list. Then restart your computer. Then retry step 1. 4. Disable any in-game overlay such as Discord, Steam, OverWolf, or Nvidia GeForce Experience. Then retry step 1. 5. If you tried everything above and it still doesn't work: Follow the instructions on page 4 https://bit.ly/3FLBASB Then retry step 1.

I'm still not seeing an error in your log. Please upload screenshots of your game folder.

You don't need any files to show up... try launch again and see if you are still crashing

If renaming your mods folder stopped your problem that means unfortunately something in your mods folder is causing your issue. Either a mod you installed or a file you edited. If you can remember what you installed or edited most recently then you can try and remove it or restore the vanilla version. Otherwise I'm afraid you're gonna have to restart your mods folder, as it is impossible for us to diagnose what's actually causing the issue. If you renamed the mods folder inside openiv it would create another empty folder called mods which is most likely why you have two folders. something like EUP will stop working until you fix your mods folder because it relies on things in your mods folder.
