Whilst what they are both saying about the mods folder as a troubleshooting step is true in this case I don't believe it should be the first. instead first try launch regular GTA first, then once you've loaded in story mode and can move your character around tab-out and launch RagePH.

That is not the latest log. We need the log from your main game folder not your `logs` folder. If there are any numbers after `RagePluginHook` then that is the wrong log.

at what point is it crashing?

1. You should not try go online if you have anything installed in your game folder 2. Rename your scripts folder to _scripts and try launch again 3. If that does not work or you do not have a scripts folder remove ScriptHookvVDotNet from your main game folder and try launch again

Every default LSPDFR ini should have that line so they should change the setting not add a new line.
