That is not the latest log. We need the log from your main game folder not your `logs` folder. If there are any numbers after `RagePluginHook` then that is the wrong log.

I'm pretty sure you wouldn't be able to spawn the car if it didn't have a carvariations... either way you could use this guide to create it

The model name is irrelevant as long as the vehicles.meta section for it has the right flags. (double check the specific vehicle you are having trouble with has the flags) Also make sure the carvariations has a siren settings value. Also why do you have ELS traffic control disabled?

you need to make sure the vehicle has FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT and FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE in its flags section in the vehicles.meta
