That is not the latest log. We need the log from your main game folder not your `logs` folder. If there are any numbers after `RagePluginHook` then that is the wrong log.

You're vehicles are gone because you renamed the mods folder, which disables it. However if renaming your mods folder stopped your problem that means unfortunately something in your mods folder is causing your issue. Either a mod you installed or a file you edited. If you can remember what you installed or edited most recently then you can try and remove it or restore the vanilla version. Otherwise I'm afraid you're gonna have to restart your mods folder, **as it is impossible for us to diagnose what's actually causing the issue**. The only other thing it could be is **if you recently installed a large amount of __addon cars__** you may need to install a custom gameconfig.

no you will run into issues. only run the most up to date versions of GTA/RPH/LSPDFR/SHV

Yes that is the correct place to install cars. The vanilla versions don't need to be in there.

Delete the mods folder Then create a new folder and call it mods Then in openiv go to Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf activate edit mode and then a big red popup will appear at the top. click the copy to "mods" folder option Then go into Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchdayg9ecng\dlc.rpf and click the same big red option to copy. (this is where you should install replace cars) Then in the future if ever need another DLCpack archive inside the mods folder do the same process

just to confirm Are you able to launch regular GTA and load in story mode and move your character around?

there is no error in your log I would Try renaming your mods folder to _mods Then try start your game again.

The gameconfig I have installed is not outdated the latest versions of GTA didn't require it to be changed so the version hasn't changed.

Are you sure RPH is hooking properly? is it popping up any errors or does the RPH logo get smaller and move to the bottom corner of the screen? What button are you pressing to activate the console? also
