Thanks for the help guys; here's my hierarchy. The only thing I added to the car was the center console and laptop, which I labeled misc_y. I'm trying to add one thing at a time and check as I go to make sure I'm doing each step correctly since it's my first car. I'm pretty sure I just accidentally moved my wheels so, I'm glad to know I was on the right train of thought. I messed around with the center console and the hump in the middle of the floor trying to make the police console fit better. I had to redo it like 4 times because I kept deleting / moving the wrong polys on the floor, so as soon as I saw the in game results I was almost positive I dragged the wheels along with the floor. I guess I'm going to have to practice more or find another way to fit the police console in there... The things we learn by screwing it up right? You've moved ALL kind of collision meshes and dummies. I would drag misc_y out of your hierarchy reimport the impala model and put misc_y back in.

You could probably take an ENB's bloom effects

Don't take my word on this, but I think thats where LCPDFR offloads its files before it installs them into your game

You need to make sure when exporting your model from ZMod, that the name that you export it with i.e charger.wft is the exact same as the name in your hierarchy. So if it is police.wft in the hierarchy but the export name is police2.wft it won't work.

He meant import a lightbar made by someone else that you know has working extras 5 and 6 then take the Dummies (Everything but the L0) and place YOUR 5 and 6 in them then move them back to your lightbar's hierarchy and delete the pre-made lightbars materials from the editor

It can easily be done like AUXCable said but the problem with it, is that most often the tape needs to be moved through the trainer, so spawning it through Police Helper probably wont place it the way you would like it to, and because you haven't spawned it through the trainer you wont be able to move it.

If you're talking about attaching lightbars and such, no. Zmod is your only hope there. If you're talking about MAKING your own parts then you can try 3DS Max.

If you know how to ELS map you can easily integrate your own Traffic Advisor...
