  1. It looks as if you rushed it and didn't really put a lot of effort into it, try polishing it up a bit and re-scaling the texture or adjust the positioning of "Iowa State Trooper" on the sides, "State Trooper" in the back and the "Iowa State Patrol" crest up a bit and also re-scale it.
  2. http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/category/16-vehicle-models/ Have Fun ;)
  3. Yes that's very true and I'm not saying that your wrong I completely agree with you, I'm just hoping that eventually there will be a PC release :)
  4. Yes I completely agree but there are people claiming Rockstar is hinting at a PC release and I think cp702 even posted a picture of GTA V porting in progress (scripts)
  5. I'm not stating that its going to happen for certain, its just that from the looks of it there might be a pc version coming in 2014 due to all the rumors and info and articles such as the article from Nvidia
  6. That was actually what I thought at first but from the looks of it apparently there will be a GTA V PC release
  7. Exactly and truth is it kind of looks like an Android now but it doesn't preform as good as one since it's slower than any other OS Apple has ever made
  8. I couldn't agree more!
  9. Well truth is you never know and with this little bit of information you can't really make a valid statement whether Rockstar will deem the game moddable or not
  10. Well everyone else participated in the conversation and had something important to say except for him. Also it doesn't matter whether we like it or not Rockstar is still going to take as much time as they need, they might even push the release date even further if they wish but for now we will just have to wait and see.
  11. Well you need to learn when to comment and when not to comment because your attitude is not needed here, thank you Relax... Ok thanks for the clarification guys!
  12. Oh ok I see, thanks Also are there any plans for LCPDFR being transferred to GTA V when it comes out or is the community going to stick with GTA IV?
  13. I have heard many rumors that GTA V for PC will be released in about half a year and apparently Rockstar has released this info on a few website's just as a treat for all the PC gamer's out there (such as myself) so that we would't feel left out but I'm not sure if any of this was confirmed
  14. The vid pretty much explained some of the stuff but Im not going to give too much away but they completely remade the game and you will see some stuff from GTA IV and some similar features from Red Dead Redemption, Max Payne 3 and even some good old features from GTA San Andreas!
  15. Nice job Stevo!
  16. I would have to say the Mini Odyssey stands out for me quite a bit, not to say that other lightbar's aren't as good or even better but the Mini Odyssey seems to catch my eye. http://www.dandrelectronics.com/emergency/product/mini-odyssey.html#
  17. Could you maybe provide a rough sketch of what you want the textures to look like?
  18. I would also be more than glad to be able to help out with a project like this since it is of high demand at the moment
  19. Its going to be awesome! I can't wait until the release!
  20. Unless you are willing to spend the time converting one.
  21. Could you please be more specific
