Is there any other communication systems besides TS3? Or is TS3 the best?

How about being able to stop a person on foot in LCPDFR and being able to ask them a couple of simple questions and see what their responses would be if they were drunk, high, tired, scared... And your idea would be quite useful and if you can try to find keys that are not used by other mods but its still a great idea!

I used to search for unlocked police car models for awhile until I actually heard about that option and I figured that with alittle time and alot of hard work I could actually make my own version of the police car that I was searching for. That's why I'm currently in the process of converting and creating my own Police Corvette ZR1! Which will be coming out soon! PS: If anyone has any advice or tips please let me know! Any advice from any professional modder would be greatly appreciated!

Are there any really good Police Officer skins out there?

Then why did some people categorize it as 2 different things? That's why I was confused, I thought it was the same thing but then after looking through some GTA IV website's and people's reviews i saw that some people stated that they were actually 2 different Police Helper Mods. So that's why I wanted to clear that up.

Yes if you have a processor with atleast 8GB of RAM and atleast a fairly good graphics card such as the "XFX FX-795A-TNFC Radeon HD" and a pretty good motherboard like the "F2 A85-V Pro" you should be able to run GTA IV very smoothly. I'm actually in the process of rebuilding my whole Alienware computer and upgrading everything to be able to run GTA IV even better and even faster with even more mods installed. It's going to cost me quite alot but it's worth it and it's going to last me a long time! Did I help you. Please give me Thanks!

thanks! I actually also found a couple of other pretty good graphics mods but most of them lag quite alot. The one I'am currently using is ENB v.0.82 its rlly good but im probably gonna try Game4Video hopefully it wont lag as much!

ok thanks but whenever i want to go online it says i have to sign in to my windows live account and when i try it always says downloading profile and a window pops up saying that there is a network problem even though im connected to the internet and everything is working. Any suggestions?
