skin doesn't fit in the back at all... you might want to work on your textures a lot more before you release them.

It looks as if you rushed it and didn't really put a lot of effort into it, try polishing it up a bit and re-scaling the texture or adjust the positioning of "Iowa State Trooper" on the sides, "State Trooper" in the back and the "Iowa State Patrol" crest up a bit and also re-scale it.

Plates are wrong as well, state patrol uses these kind of plates

You don't have to paint the entire template, just create a new layer and fill it with a solid colour. I'd suggest learning how to texture some more before releasing your skins because in their current form, they aren't very good. Just my two cents.
