I've just started using ENB Vuckov and I've been tweaking it for awhile now but I can't make my ELS lights look normal what should i change and what should I tweak to make them look more realistic?

Why does my FPS dip all the time? Im getting about 20 FPS and then for about 30 seconds i get only 8 or 9 FPS and then it goes to normal and it happens again. How can I fix this? Whats the problem?

I have an offline profile and I've been using it for awhile and now when I try to login to my real GFWL account it always says connection error or credentials incorrect even though i did type in everything properly and my internet connection is strong. Do I need a new update? Do I need to delete something? What am I missing? Please help!

Whenever I try to replace police2 I get this error saying that an Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown Whats wrong and how do I fix it?
