When I watched Nikolai's ELS V7 preview I noticed the lightbar that he had on his Crown Vic and it got me searching all over the internet for it but I never seemed to have found it or anything fairly similar. Yea Impact is really good! I would have to say that Impact is probably one of my top favorite fonts besides Arial and a couple others

Yeaa hahah Arial Black is actually pretty good but a little dull so I tried changing it around and then it actually came out pretty nice!

It's actually Arial Black but I stretched the words alittle to give it a different look.

Well then don't, use the cars that have been already released, ask for permission to use the vehicles in your clan and then give the link to download the cars to your clan members and send them the skin so that they can apply it themselves.
