Well since there phasing out of most agency's in 10-20 years they'll be collectors, and where i live in california the police auction off the cars for cheap usually to low income families and people on welfare.

There would be a very small few that would blindly follow the government, but cops are americans to you have to think most have families most are the most patriotic guys youll ever meet a lot are veterans theres no way they would carry out orders that they don't agree with. for some reason people have this image of a cop being a peacekeeper from the hunger games it will never be that way in america with the current force. the government would have to breed and train and drill them from the time they were born

Maybe a system that deals with Salary and promotion would be cool. Like when you first play you get a smaller salary and the more time/good job you do you get pay increases based on a rank promotion. nothing that actually effects the game except maybe if possible only let certain rank insignia be available to the people that have reached that level like sergeant stripes and collar metals. what i mean is somthing thats pretty much completely just like stats like in singleplayer it has cars stolen, time played,miles ran stuff like that but instead hours on duty,suspects arrested and so on and once you reach a certain amount of time played and suspect arrested and so on you get a promotion that adds money to single player every so often.

I've been searching forever for a chp utility uniform often worn by chp at night or in colder areas and k-9 officers. Its a navy blue BDU style pants usually bloused on the boot like on the gun nut model and a navy blue bdu style blouse with a sewn on badge. Ok i think i get it so i need to replace files such as uppr_spec_001 with an 8x8 pixel black image?

So are they the black and white one's? I'm just having a hard time trying to figure out what a spec map is. Could you try to explain your best what it is i'm looking for?

What's the name of it? im having a hard time finding it inside the .wtd file im a little retarded.

Could you explain it to me a little further? Im not a very experienced modder where is the specular maps located?
