CHP Blue Utility uniform?

I've been searching forever for a chp utility uniform often worn by chp at night or in colder areas and k-9 officers. Its a navy blue BDU style pants usually bloused on the boot like on the gun nut model and a navy blue bdu style blouse with a sewn on badge. Here are all the pics i can find it is a really cool uniform and im sure tons of people would love to have it in their game so if anyone with free time could make this it would be awesome
