It may be more convenient for you, but if you're going to be modding chances are you're going to mess up, and going to need to re-install. It takes SO much more time to un-install and re-install the game with Steam than it does with a disk.

I suggest Xpadder it works like a dream once you get it set up.

Try lowering your graphical setting on the GTA options page. This is may help a ton if you lower them quite a ways.

Now that I look back to it I notice you're right about the GPU. I didn't really look at it, just saw the 2GB. My bad. :x

Absolutely not. I run a HP Shelf computer (which I will never stop regretting buying) with the AMD Radeon HD 7450 and I run low textures and 1280x720 resolution, and I get about 20-27 frames average. I know my processor isn't all that great either, so that may be a bit of the problem, but I also have 10GB DDR3 ram. I recommend going Intel/NVidia. That's one thing I wish I could change. I think that sounds like the perfect PC to game with.

Actually 200, sorry I used to use 600 but I fixed that issue, I do have a timecyc mod what could be a solution to maybe make these brighter? Is it going to need to be like that because of my timecyc mod?

I tried to replay it and it plays some country song!! I even refreshed the page, and clicked the external link to view it on YouTube, and it still has a country song! So weird..

Yes, once my mom's car ran out of gas (she's not too swift) in an intersection and a cruiser pushed us off the road. Sadly it cracked the bumper on my mom's car. :(

Hello everyone! I am currently in the process of creating skins for undercover vehicles, including a 2012 Dodge Charger, a 2013 Ford Mustang, and many more stealthy vehicles. One thing I need from the LCPDFR community - advice! I am sure I will get plenty of feedback once the mod comes out, but I would like to make it as complete at possible before releasing it to the public. Tell me; what do you want to see? What do you think would make an undercover car package the best quality it can be?

There should be thurough instructions inside of every car download you get, just follow those and you should be fine. If you want me to explain step-by-step, just PM me and I'd be glad to help. :-)

I'm gonna stick with my Playstation and PC. I would definitely have to wait and see if the Next-Gen consoles are worth the money.
