Yes, the dispatch center does work I guess, but I had to record them myself instead of them being sent to me. Not very high quality support.

In the Desktop Dispatching system and many numerous police skin packs, there are patrol units and traffic units; what is the difference between the two? I want to make sure I assign the correct people to the correct area, just to make it easier to dispatch.

You can command a single lane of vehicles to stop by pressing ALT+G with Braveheart's Policing Script.
