Hello. I am trying to edit the handling line in handling.dat for police3. I figured how you need to go to EFLC/TBoGT/common/data then handling.dat, but then I can only find the stinger, not police3. What I'm specifically trying to do is replace the police3 line with the stinger line, so it takes off quicker/handles like it. Thanks in advance!!

Yes, but it works doesn't it? Would you rather have great quality video and a huge file taking up your hard drive, or good looking video with good performance, and file not so large? I just shared how I do it, that's all.

I suggest for callouts there be more crime, instead of constantly getting disturbances and suicides. For now I actually disabled callouts, and I just use Breaveheart's Policing Script.

I'm not exactly sure if that would work, but I suggest a USB headset anyways. They are usually more compatible, and better quality.

I think I may have set it to 50 FPS on accident. I just really wanted to show the half size, for that makes your game run smoother and the file size smaller. FRAPS records in extremely large files.
