4/5. Perfect other than I think that the side stripe/"Police" should be perfectly Horizontal as seen in this (I am aware that below is an Excursion, not an Expedition, but it gets the point through):

1.5/5 No effort towards the skin, you get .5 for doing the skin and having the confidence to upload the skin. No offense, but how long did this take you?

My Suggestion is to run it through Movie Maker or some kind of Processing Program before you upload. This decreases the upload time for me.

Hmm. Now I am gonna upload mine (the actual Mobile skin) when I get home to show you how it is actually supposed to look more like. I already cracked on Carbons today, not really gonna do it to yours. :) 2.5/5

Ready? lol. Ok, first, you could've chosen a font closer to the one that they have one their cars for the "POLICE" and the DEEDS SPEAK needs to be more bold. The 155 is also needed to be more bold and the 1 and the 55 are to far apart. The 9-1-1 (this isn't such a big deal but it would make it better), as well as the phone needs to squished in a little more. The York Badge (or icon) needs to be scaled up some more and moved more toward the front (after you scale it up).

I believe he means that you should be able to look up someone with a warrant and issue a warrant or arrest the person at a certain place like a restaurant or open-door residence, basically like the GTA:IV Police Computer if you've ever seen a video of it or used it.

its the resolution Can you explain the difference between Wig Wags and Strobes? and if Strobes are anywhere close to Wig Wags, I didn't put them in because it was the way I wanted the car. But I can look into that :) (After you explain it of course)
