Looks low quality in the game is that your PC specs? If that's the cause, that is probably pretty nice. Have higher quality pictures next time so it's easier to judge :)

4/5. Perfect other than I think that the side stripe/"Police" should be perfectly Horizontal as seen in this (I am aware that below is an Excursion, not an Expedition, but it gets the point through):
