Have a look at the manufacturers website (Intel, AMD, Nvidia etc.) They should list the maximum temperature the hardware can operate at. Most modern (At least for Intel and Nvidia) components can safely run at about 90 celsius, the very max temp will be about 100 celsius, but that will cause them to degrade quicker. A safe temperature is usually below 60-70 celsius.

It get's even more confusing because to save money, forces have merged units together with other counties. In Hertfordshire, our traffic police is called Herts and Beds road traffic police unit, because they've merged together (they were featured on a few Traffic Cops episodes). If you watch shows like, you've probably seen Motorway Cops, which follows the Central Motorway Police Group, which is a completely independent force which mostly does traffic police jobs on some of the main motorways.

We have forces that patrol whole counties, or parts of counties. Where I live now, I am in the county of Hertfordshire which is policed by Hertfordshire police, and a lot of police forces in England are for specific counties, there are some exceptions; some forces like Thames Valley and Humberside police patrol regions of different counties. You also have the Met police and the City of London police; the Met polices the whole "county" of Greater London except for 1 square mile right in the middle of Greater London, which is the City of London. There are also some police forces that specifically patrol ports, like the Port of Felixstowe police. In Wales, where I am at university, because it is so rural, police forces manage some of the largest areas of any force in the UK. Dyfed-Powys police is responsible for 4 separate counties in Wales. In Scotland, the police force is called Police Scotland, and is responsible for the whole country, and the same goes for The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI). Finally, across Britain, you have the British Transport police, who are mostly responsible for crimes on trains, but they can pull people over and perform regular duties in any county in the country if they need to.

They go on patrol and take regular calls like other units, and pull people over like other units. Our forces are so understaffed and underfunded that they need all the officers they can get. I have heard cases of armed officers having to drive back to the police station to pick up their weapons, and then go to the incident, but I doubt that happens much anymore.

I assume you saw those markings on the roof of GTA 4 British police cars? I know Doppler makes many of the roof markings up (He named some of them after exam boards here in the UK like AQA, Edexcel etc.), and the FTW probably means "For the win" and Dop means "Doppler". I'd assume most letters you see on GTA 4 British police skins are made up.

There's nothing to worry about, if it happens, there will be more than enough back up power supply to keep the bear minimum of services like the police, hospitals and fire services going. The only thing to worry about making sure the energy generated by the fusion is handled properly, other wise that could cause a fire at the power station which could lead to bigger problems depending on how good the safety measures are. Assuming the safety standards are what they should be, then all a fire would do is slow down the recovery process, which will be however long it takes to replace the transformers (a few days).

It's in policescanner.rpf for some strange reason, that's where I found mine in openiv. There's a soundbank (at least in openiv) in the policescanner.rpf called "stations" this is where you'll find the place names. A soundbank called "Announce is where you'll find things like "the next stop is..." "the train approaching is the...". The transfers sound bank, as it says contains things like "transfers available to....lines". Finally, the conjuctives sound bank has a few subway sounds mixed in with some or the "errs" and "ahs" of the police dispatch, specifically the phrase "bound for..." is found in here.

I wouldn't worry about these drones having explosives or something attached to them. The "bad" part of nuclear power stations is all underground encased in thick lead containers. The only way a person could cause a massive nuclear problem at a nuclear power plant is by gaining access to the facility and turning off all the different safety mechanisms (which is what went wrong at Chernobyl) or by hoping the the power station is hit by a large, powerful earthquake, and then hit by a powerful tsunami before the damage can be repaired (Fukushima a few years ago).

No need for the police to carry guns here, they do just fine without them, they've done a fine job keeping us all safe without firearms so I see no reason why we should give every officer a gun, it should stay restricted to firearms units.

You'll need to use something like an ENB that changes the visualsettings.dat to make the lights brighter.

Clearly if Rockstar are planning to release the PC version a couple of months after the PS4 and Xboxone, then they must have something major happening with the PC version of the game that they want/need to spend extra time with to implement and test. I can't see Rockstar from a business perspective wanting to hold on to these re-releases any longer than they have to with the amount of money they have put into it; I'm sure they really want to get the PS4, Xboxone and PC releases out as soon as they can.

Can you do patrols in the game in the NStockade and Pstockade vehicles? Can you select them in the vehicle selection part and drive them around the city without any problems? If not, it might be down to your GTA IV not liking those models. I have this problem where my game crashes if I have Yakadafi's Yukon installed, usually when I try to spawn it, so it may be that you can't use those models in your game because GTA IV is weird.
