The 2nd character is different, I can't tell if it is because of the font, or it is a different one.

I can't get the correct Chinese bomb disposal characters. I tried, but nothing I typed in came back with the letters shown on the vehicle.

It was a PSNI riot Land Rover, by Kinksta, which reminded me of the Land Rovers used by the bomb disposal unit in Hong Kong.

Hi all, I'm currently working on some Hong Kong Police Force vehicle skins. I was wondering if anyone knows how roof markings are done in Hong Kong? I know some of the vans (some Mercedes Sprinters) do have letters on the roofs, but I'm not sure if every van does or if some do, and other don't. I can't seem to find any images that clearly shows markings on the roof of HKPF cars and vans. Can anyone with experience tell me what kind of vehicles have letters/numbers on the roof and what they mean? Thanks in advance.

You'll find the same thing in most former British Colonies; Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Australia, New Zealand and more. Take a look at the police in Bermuda, they're almost identical. It's because the U.K had a large influence on these countries which can be seen in many aspects of those countries.

I've had cars randomly stop, sometimes when I've pulled someone over, but usually when I'm arresting someone at the roadside, as if they're stopping to watch me do it.

It's a combination of people abusing the NHS, and the government/suits in charge failing to give the NHS enough money to have the staff, vehicles and equipment needed to keep up with the demand of the service.

Couldn't you edit the peds.ide and give the noose agents the standard cop walking and running animations? Or have I read this post wrong?

It's only in the .ini file from the manual install.

You can use xliveless to remove GFWL from the game completely, you can save you game, but won't be able to play online I don't think.
