undercover narcotics charger skin
Ok, ok, come on now, calm down please. I don't mean to 'backseat moderate' here, but do we really need all these negative comments? It's not the best skin, although I do like the concept of it. Maybe make the roof a different color? Green is a bit too bright. Good try though! Keep trying until you get really good at it!

Battlefield 4???
I have got a new PC, so hmmmm. I wonder... I'm not really a fan of FPS games and also games where you have one objective (shoot everything you see in your path).

ENB's - Wont Stop Lagging When ELS is On...
How long have you had this card for? Try some other games that use the GPU as much as GTA 4 does, and finally what ENBs have you tried? I recommend Savior ENB, it looks pretty awesome and doesn't use lots of resources either.

New LCPDFR COPS TV Show Teaser
Amazing idea! Can't wait to watch it! For the next episode do you mind doing either Irvine PD (first choice), CHP (second choice) or LAPD (last choice)?

Dont know where to upload files to friends.
Mega.co.nz, every time I use Mediafire, it pops up with some sort of problem. Also, mega.co.nz is better for larger files, like packs with vehicles and scripts. Oh, and sKuare, what's the big issue? Everyone has it - it's like a tradition now. There's no way of changing it unless the LCPDFR staff prohibit it.

anyone got spare pc copy in england
Just get it from Steam. I believe normally it's 19.99 GBP and when it goes on sale it's 9.99 GBP. It's worth buying it.

So what is there to come? The road ahead? '2013 and beyond'?
Those are some good points made there. Although as LukeD was saying, some mods will be made redundant, but the same has happened with SA on the switch to IV. And it's very reassuring to know that this probably will go on. I'm glad! Thanks! I wrote it a first time, my internet had a spasm attack and then I had to write it again :P ELS being redundant is like a 50/50 chance. I have no idea whether they are still rolling out updates for ELM (if anyone could help me on that, that would be great). Well, I think it's for sure strobes mod (and other really small ones like that) will not be able to thrive off what has been taken from them, because strobes mod literally did one thing - made the headlights and taillights and the four-ways flash simultaneously flash, pretty much nobody liked the four-way flashers (they would always stay on when you turned the siren on) and in GTA V the headlights and taillights flash in a wig-wag pattern, so I can pretty much tell unless the developer does something really smart, it'll be gone. I agree with you 100% on car models. What I was saying in the original post was that it would probably take a lot of time to get used to modelling for GTA V. I took up GTA IV modelling not too long ago (still practicing before I release an amazing model publicly) and I won't leave GTA IV modelling, but I might do GTA V modelling a bit more when there are mods out for GTA V like the ones in IV. Well said. I won't delete GTA IV from my PC either, and even if I do, I'll leave some space for it. Those are some good points made there. Although as LukeD was saying, some mods will be made redundant, but the same has happened with SA on the switch to IV. And it's very reassuring to know that this probably will go on. I'm glad! So what is there to come? The road ahead? '2013 and beyond'?
Well I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking about this, I can guarantee you. Every time I come to this one side, something always reaches my mind, and that is what is going to happen to LCPDFR. Recently, a major change has struck us, packed with negative and positive effects. And this 'new family member' if you will, is going to cause a huge change to our community very soon. Ever since this new family member was announced, one thing has always been on our mind: what is the fate of this massive empire Jay and Sam have created all from scratch? I'm sure you all know where I'm going with this. Ever since the release of GTA V it's all been on our minds. This one thing. It's certainly been on my mind and I've been thinking "Will there be any use of any of the mods we've got now in our GTA IV community?". R* has developed a brand new game that has so many features added to the programming of the police and its subsections, that it makes me wonder whether any of the mods we've got now in our present community will be carried over to GTA V. These are some examples: The emergency lighting has improved in GTA V. A LOT. The whole point behind ELS and that other one (yes, I call it that other one - by that Featherstone guy) was to enhance the experience of the emergency lighting in GTA IV and add an element of realism to the emergency lighting right? Well it seems Rockstar seem to have taken this into account and they have made the default emergency lighting in GTA V a lot like what ELS does with the ELS enabled lightbars - they have really added an element of realism and an enhanced the experience of using the emergency lighting, right? So with that in mind, is there really any point of carrying ELS over to GTA V? Does Lt.Caine really want to update his amazing mod again when and if there's a PC version of GTA V? I'd really love to get in touch with Lt.Caine, and the LCPDFR staff to get their opinions and future plans. Another example, our little peripherals we've got. For example, spotlight mod. With GTA V, all the standard police cars have spotlights, and fully functional ones that really light up the road very well actually. Now all we need is a control panel to move the light around. So what will happen to the existing spotlight mod? Will it just turn into some sort of script that allows you to use some keys on the keyboard to move around the light? Here's another example of a peripheral that is no longer needed - strobes mod. Now although this was made for people who didn't want ELS nor ELS enabled cars or the invincibility thing when the lights are on, I still used it briefly. Even with ELS enabled vehicles, because it was pretty cool and it was another wig-wag pattern for me before the release of ELS 7 where you can now change the wig-wag pattern. Anyway, back on topic, the police vehicles in GTA V have headlight and taillight wig-wags with some really nice graphics too. So strobes mod will have zero use now as well. There's another nice mod in the trash can. And another example again, vehicle modelling. Although it will still be around, there will be a whole new way of doing it, and there will probably be another software now, or even if there isn't, we'd probably have to use Zmod 3 now. There are just so many complications that we have to think about now, or this amazing community that has been created could just crumble to the ground and go into the history books. It's really not a very pleasant thought. I really want to know what you guys think will happen and Jay (and Sam) what do you think will happen to this massive empire you've made? Do you guys also think that GTA V and all this new stuff coming out will decide the fate for GTA IV police modding? I really hope this community will go on, because I think it's too young to die. Please let me know about your opinions!

You should really use those whitewall hubcaps on another CVPI that was made. I'd say 9/10 because I don't mean to offend you, but those particular steelies make me throw up

GTA V random attack WTF?
Because I'm never EVER in the Chumash area (I really don't like it) this has never happened to me. And I agree with J.J Designs here, crazy stuff happens. I just really love the security company - Gruppe Sechs. I love the name - makes me laugh every time. They've hidden other easter eggs too - ever driven the Karin BeeJay (BJLX badge on the car)? Rockstar really make me laugh, and sometimes even cry :D

Wow. I agree with Jay on this one. That's just sad and in my opinion, some of the things they said sounded like it was written by a bored 10 year old with good vocabulary ;P

GTA5 Unmarked Cruisers (Close up Inspection) 1080p
I see everyone is like 'meh' to the Ford Crown Victoria replica in GTA, but I can't stand it. I hate the Stainer's rectangular taillights and I think that the cab and police cruiser's taillights are just ok. If they kept the headlights the same as they are right now (from one of the older models) and the taillights just resemble the 2011 Crown Victoria's taillights I would be happy. On a better note - am I the only one who likes their equivalent of a Durango? I LOVE it. I love going off-roading on Mt. Chiliad with it and just going North of Vinewood Hills. I find it great in the city too - not as big as the Suburban but still big and still looks great. I think they've done an excellent job with the Durango. I love it.

Coolest Pictures of Police Vehicles
Haha, well I'm glad to hear that! I've been over to Yorkshire once and they're much nicer there. I'm sure some PDs will allow it! But really try for either LAPD or Irvine PD. Irvine is my hometown and I fell in love with the Irvine PD! I don't know if they'll accept red/green colorblind people :/

Coolest Pictures of Police Vehicles
Yess! I'm not the only one who watches that!!! Yeah, the whole reason behind all of these BMWs, Mercedes', and even this car that you showed a picture of is the income tax and VAT is incredibly high in England. I lived with my family in England (we're American) and we found the taxes unbearable - and I thought Californian tax was high! So the Brits throw around half of the tax money on cop cars. I don't mean to offend anyone here, but I really don't like the British government, and most of the people there aren't half as nice as people in America - or anywhere for that matter. I've found Aussies are really nice though :P but that's off topic. I don't want to discriminate and name names on this thread, but anyway, there's the explanation!
