Resolution of the skin itself is 2048x2048, and I'm running the high settings with an enb

So, I just got finished with this skin, and I put it on a car I assembled, but the skins come out very blurry? Any idea why? And is there a way to fix this? I tried upping the resolution to 500, but that didn't make a difference :/, so what do I do?

Little update: seemed as though there was a heated argument between a teacher and a parent. It was going to get physical, so our counselor called a lockdown. Luckily we were only locked for 30 minutes, but it was freaky anyway D:

Yeah, I was also thinking the exact same thing. Apparently she was threatening with a weapon or something, but you know, here in the US, things are a lot different. The probability of somebody concealing a weapon is incredibly high. Also, the teacher who called the lockdown was probably also panicking because of that school shooting in Nevada a couple of days back.

Hey guys, so I thought I would share what happened at my school yesterday with all you law enforcement enthusiasts, because I think you would find it interesting. So I was just in my study hall period at I think around 12:30 - 12:45 and all of a sudden I hear the beep on the PR before the announcement is made. So I thought it was just a normal announcement, telling us that we couldn't study outside (I was outside and it was pretty overcast). So, I listen and I hear "Attention ****** School. We are going into a hard lockdown. I repeat HARD LOCKDOWN. The situation is in the office, so please go to one of the nearest classrooms not anywhere close to the office." So, I basically drop what I'm doing, shove my papers into my bag (all the girls were screaming -.- ) and I run to a classroom. I go in, and the lights are off, the teacher's computer monitor is off, and we had to hide under some tables. Luckily, there was no risk of serious injury or death. That was yesterday. This morning, the principal came on the PR, and explained that there was an out of control parent, who was threatening the receptionists. Now, I should probably mention that there's a Department of Public safety division of the local PD (they have all amber light bars) and a regular cop (I saw a really nice slicktop CVPI in the parking lot once). Anyway, because the DPS officer happened to be just around the corner (he heard the PR) so I guess he called for backup. The cops arrived within minutes and did a search for the parent. The parent was apparently a woman, and she was placed in custody and I believe she's being questioned. At the end of the day, my parents said when they were picking up my younger sister, they saw three police cars, and at the end of the day, I saw a 2013 Ford Explorer, which was pretty cool, because it's a supervisor vehicle and they were only introduced to the fleet in late January. Anyway, that day was not one I would like to experience again.

Well, I downloaded a light bar, and like many other light bars, it came in a Z3D format. Now, I've been modelling for some time, but I still don't know how to import textures onto a Z3D file. I found an amazing light bar, but it came in Z3D format. Could you guys help me on how to import that Z3D light bar and add textures? As far as exporting into a .WFT format file, I know. Yes, it does. I've heard both positive things about running LCPDFR+GTA IV and negative things. I run it perfectly on Windows 7, and I recommend just using 7, it works just as well.

You may need to experiment with the settings a bit, I did the same thing (laptop screen resolution sucked - now I have a proper PC) but you need to play with the settings on both the tv and the laptop. It will work eventually, unless the laptop is so severely damaged that the video port has been damaged.

I'm hearing there's a 'no overtake mod' somewhere on one of these sites (GPM, GTA4-Mods, LCPDFR, etc, etc), that may help you. Otherwise, like Srgt.Scales said, just use road barriers. Unfortunately, with road barriers, a car pileup usually forms, so you may want to use caution with that. On my traffic stops, the cars always stay behind me, but I want them to go ahead because them stopping just disrupts traffic everywhere.

I'm still using Windows 7. I don't really feel the need to upgrade to Windows 8, especially because Windows discs are always expensive (I'm against torrent-ing operating systems - too buggy, unreliable) and I've also got a Windows 7 disc, which I used with my newly built PC (which, yeah, in my terms is still new :D)
