  1. Yes! Thanks so much!
  2. You beat me to it! I noticed the same thing! Maybe they kindly took California away from us too.
  3. No, I mean the physical camera to put on one of my models. You know, the camera they attach to the roof of the interior?
  4. Very nice! I'll definitely use them! But, why would there be a whole separate division of the LCPD just for a hospital. It's quite a small one actually
  5. Good job! Glad you found the error!
  6. I don't know about you, but I've noticed the sudden up-burst of models with dash cams. Do you know where I could find the model? I just uploaded a CVPI (it won't be crap this time because Firefighter 5663 was helping me improve the model) and it's still in beta, so for the final model, I would love to add a dash cam and make some slight changes to the model.
  7. Yeah, logos? Also, did you by any chance make the model? Either way, the credits for the model should be there.
  8. Okay, so I think I've found the issue. After going on a live chat with some computer experts, they were saying it was my RAM. So, because I only have 2 sticks, I took one of the sticks out, played with it and the issue persisted, so, I knew that one was faulty. I put the other one back in, and the issue stopped. Maybe try the same thing?
  9. Wow. I'm pretty manly, but honestly, this was going to make me cry, I s**t you not.

INTRODUCING THE FS LEGEND CVPI! This model incorporates a speed radar, a totally redesigned pushbar carefully crafted by GoRhino©. It also features the brand new Panasonic Toughpad, to save space in the cockpit and provide ease of use for the officers operating the vehicle. The vehicle also features two high quality antenna modules to enhance the quality of the radio transmission and also features a state-of-the-art police console, with the controller for the radar module incorporated into the chassis of the console. It also features a super secure partition module to enhance the officers' security. After switching from the 1999 Ford Crown Victoria with basic features, the Liberty County Sheriffs Department has switched over to the 2006 CVPI, and this is their latest addition to the fleet. It has taken many weeks to craft and an additional two weeks to perfect. Overall, the LCSD engineer's are incredibly pleased with their vehicle.* Original Model by: Schaefft and converted to GTA IV by Chasez. Also, to Firefighter 5663 for testing my vehicle and giving me constructive criticism. *the description of the vehicle is totally fictional. Any features of this vehicle based off a real vehicle are completely coincidental. If you want to see changes, please PM me. You now have my permission, if any of the moderators ask.
  10. LOL, I just haven't noticed these. I've done lots of free roam (mostly getting myself into pursuits), but I just haven't noticed them
  11. 5/5. Now I want snow mod :/
  12. Wow! That's the LCPD's HQ I believe also. I can't believe I haven't been aware of this!
  13. I'd go with mid. As for my little GTA config, here is what I have: Game4Video ENB, Graphics settings on medium, Lock FRAPS at 30 fps.
  14. So, I was just driving around in one of my cars, when I get a call of a reckless driver. I was just driving to where the call was (the driver was going towards Algonquin), and I usually just like to pick up weapons off the road, to make the screen look cleaner with less weapons all over the place. So, like I said, I was just driving along minding my own business and I see the little red thing that the weapon floats in (if you know what I mean). So I see this little red thing, but at this point I'm driving at 60+ mph, so I slam on the handbrake and start reversing (because it didn't look like a weapon was there), and when I get to it, I see a bird! I saw it was in that little red thing, so I shoot it and I get a message on my screen '99 flying rats left in Liberty City'. Has anyone come across this? If you want to try it out for yourself, I can't remember the exact location, but if you know the Broker area as well as I do, you'll recognize the road (if you go past the Beachgate community and get on the on-ramp) it's just there before the bridge I believe. Here's a picture:
  15. I personally use Game4Video ENB. I used to use Savior ENB, but I got tired of it (and the cars were too shiny). There's also a new one that has been released, called Emergency ENB, however, I have a GTX 650 Ti BOOST and it made me lag a bit (and it was blurry). There are plenty out there, but you need to find ones for 1.0.7.0.
  16. I'm 100% for this. I believe that this issue is incredibly serious and needs to be addressed anyway possible. Also, what was c13 doing to you?

  18. Hell yeah! I've wanted to be one since ever. I hope to be joining the Explorer program my local PD offers in about a year or so. I don't know about anyone else, but I love the idea of protecting people and sacrificing my life for other peoples' safety. I just love the sense of accomplishment.
  19. I guess I would say it's unearned. Because yeah, it's not free, but it's quite close to free. I remember having to live in England for a bit, and my parents would pay tax + school fees. Here in the US, it's just tax and no school fees. It's also against the law not to go to school here, so technically you aren't earning something you have to do. It's not a privilege, it's a necessity.
