RANDOM 5 PICS #4
One tip to create a better image, with the sniper rifle before ADS, go to Native Trainer > Options > Option Menu 1 > Disable HUD + Radar. Then when you ADS you will not see HUD, reticles, scope ect.

Vito Scaletta
I like it, I've never seen anything like this before in GTAIV, which is funny because it's GTAIV focuses on this gang, not so much mafia, but crime family element in NYC. :)

Alright, what you could try before replacing the PSU (Because that may not be the problem) Is to disconnect your Graphics Card and then start playing some games. (It will use integrated graphics, at least on Intel I'm not too sure if AMD has that stuff). In other words, just disconnect your GPU and did what you did that caused problems. This way we can at least isolate whether or not the GPU is at fault.

I feel as if 600W is more than capable, I was thinking if you had a 400W or something that would be the problem. This might be a longshot, but based off of your symptoms of restarting, PC applications crashing, ect, it may not actually be your PSU after all. Perhaps it's faulty drivers, faulty RAM, or a GPU going bad. It's hard to tell with the such limited information, but 3 PSUs going bad is very unlikely, it just seems to me it might be something else in your system.

Can anyone take some in-game images for me?
Additionally, I can as well. However, if the vehicle skin template doesn't work with the vehicle or I don't have the vehicles for the skins installed, I'm afraid I'm not going to change the vehicles around.

Can Anyone Help me Find This CVPI?
This is the model it is based off of: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads/36e30c985b5362672132b9c781fc9bd7-upload.png However the modified version in that video is more accurate to this one: http://www.gtainside.com/en/download.php?do=comments&cat=371&start=210&id=28602

Could you post your specs and the three PSUs? Very odd problem indeed.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to seek death penalty for accused Boston Marathon
Massachusetts would not make a one time exception to the death penalty, policy doesn't work like that. However, if tried in a federal court, the death penalty is still applicable in Massachusetts, as a matter of fact, in any state. Federal and state policies are different and don't influence one another.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to seek death penalty for accused Boston Marathon
Thanks for clearing that up. For your point of allowing Massachusites (Correct Plural Form) law to apply, because it's our state, I don't think Massachusites would have problems seeing him put to death. :)

LCCER NEW FLEET!
If there's no website or anything, it's not really advertising. People could say "My new LCPD fleet" or "LCSD fleet". You're assuming there is a clan involved, which in this case I do not see any being involved.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to seek death penalty for accused Boston Marathon
Correct me if I'm wrong, but if tried in a Federal Court (Which they probably will for such an offence), the death penalty is still an option even in Massachusetts, because it's not at the state level, where the death penalty was abolished in Massachusetts. In other words, with my understanding of the judicial system, he can be put to death even in a state where the death penalty is abolished. Additionally, if the government wants him dead, they'll find a way. Especially with death penalty cases, there's a lot of politics played into it and a lot of innocent people have been put to death (Tsarnaev is most certainly guilty though).

LCPDFR - How to open a door.
I've had the same issue occur to mean and I have a 1920x1080 Widescreen monitor, I'm not sure what the issue is. Rock* just screws up sometimes. I think a rerender would work.

LCPDFR - How to open a door.
ROFL I was actually laughing...that's hilarious. I'm not sure about the video, it happened to me on one occasion too. My guest would be to just rerender it.

New LCPD skin
Looks solid, but agreed not my type of colors. Call me old fashion, but I love the black & Whites. Additionally, looks like a lot like Toronto Police, Canada.

One Last Ride, Mass Police K9 laid to rest
I just posted a post relating the Massachusetts State Police's policy towards retirements of canines. Very sad, I don't think I've ever met Dante before, he served the Commonwealth with professionalism it seems. Thanks for your service!

I got a K9 dog
I spoke to a State Trooper in Massachusetts, USA over the summer about this issue. Trooper Ramsland of the MSP said that State has a policy in place that states that when a police dog reaches retirement, either the trooper partnered with the dog keeps it as a residential pet, or the State will execute the dog no questions asked. I believe this policy is simply just policy of the Massachusetts State Police, I don't think it applies to other agencies here in the Commonwealth, but it's interesting to see other departments being very relaxed about this issue. Not to reiterate in this debate, but these dogs (Especially for the State) are trained rigorously and can very easily harm someone, induce paralysis, amputations, or even death with the slightest hand gestures and voice commands. My recommendation would be to carefully do your research, and make sure what you do is in accordance with local & state laws. Here is a picture of Trooper Ramsland of the MSP demonstrating hand gestures and why they use German to speak to the dogs. ( He kept saying nein, nein, other german phrases ) A better shot of the K9 When Ramsland was first paired with the K9

I bet you asked for backup, but wasn't expecting the entire day shift of the ASP to come out to assist.
