Some followups. 1. If you hold down a direction key (WASD) Or (UP DOWN RIGHT LEFT) you can exit a vehicle without closing a door. 2. Same concept with #1. You can already pull people out without getting in the vehicles. 6. When I ask them to leave the car, they generally move to the front of the vehicle or the sidewalk and stand still. 8. With my understanding of the Rockstar code, and coding in general, I wouldn't think this is possible.

I'm a little bit late into this discussion, but as every hour passes we get closer to this was an act of terror. Planes don't just go down that fast, simply vanishing without pilots radioing it. My opinion is this was a bomb that took out a large amount of electronics, either in the cargo bay (Even in America, cargo bay luggage is rarely, if at all checked. Not to think sadistically, but use your imagination), or cockpit (smaller improvised bomb). Why Malaysia some may ask? One theory, low security. Whoever did it could never get away with something like this in America. Cockpit attack bomb I mean. Of course all of this is still impossible to tell until we discover the wreckage itself and of course, the pinging black box. But my opinion is it is safe to assume the plane received major catastrophic damage mid flight at 35000 feet, caused most likely by an explosion, causing a rapid deceleration and crash, everybody is dead, and terrorism is at fault. FBI wouldn't search in stuff like this without a reason.

I could not figure it out either. I am going to try reinstalling my entire OS (It needed to be done anyways at some point) and see if that fixes it. Something must have been installed after playing for some time that interfered with the game somehow, a graphics driver, even a program of some sort. One thing I recommend you to try is to run your OS in safety mode and then play GTAIV normally (I.e Compatibility mode, admin, ect) and then post results. I would, but my GTAIV is uninstalled ATM.

Dell really fucked it up. Alienware wasn't too bad when it was owned privately though. Yes, that computer will most likely run GTAIV w/ an ENB at low to medium settings. But honestly, for that price, that computer is absolute shit. I would strongly not recommend Alienware products. They are the most overpriced crap I've ever seen any company get away with. My volunteering on this forum does not include spending hours of research to find the best PC prebuilt desktop to you, however if you did the research yourself and narrowed it down to a few choices, I'd be more than happy to look them over and translate the technical specifications for you.

That's the exact problem I have. I can install all the mods + LCPDFR v0.95 and everything works splendid, but as soon as you add LCPDFR v1.0 it crashes.

DCP, I haven't been able to run LCPDFR v1.0 lately either. I did some extensive testing, fresh installations with no mods but LCPDFR v1.0, crashing about 5 minutes in at the most. I haven't been able to play GTAIV in a while, been so occupied with school to completely reinstall the OS which is the solution I've been looking at (I need to get around to it anyways).

I looked it up for you, your computer has a 450W Power Supply and the GTX 660's minimum power requirement is 450W. You're cutting it really close, but it should work.

To know if the card will work, we'd need to know the wattage of the PSU (Most likely 400-500).

Indeed they are nuclear powers, but I don't think it'd escalate to nuclear usage. The world was so frightened at what happened during WWII, and especially with M.A.D., I don't think it'd ever escalate from such a small issue (In regards to using nuclear weapons) to that. However I've been wrong before, and the consequences would indeed be utterly terrifying.

One thing about events like this that is consistent throughout history (the biggest being Vietnam War and Iraq Wars), is there often will be a stalemate in progress like there is right now regarding Ukraine. This stalemate is Ukrainians know there will always be a sphere of influence over them by Russia, but Russia can't downright invade because there is no way the global forces would allow that. America is known for being in a situation like this, and staging an event to give them justification to take action. If you look at where we've been since 2001, all the Bush's justification was false. 1. Saddam has or is building Weapons of Mass Destruction - False, we were his Allie. It was proven he was searching for Fissionable material in Africa, but that was during the early 90's. Nothing recent. 2. The terrorists of 9/11 were from Iraq - False, majority were from Saudi Arabia. But 1, Saudi Arabia nor Iraq government staged this. And 2, we couldn't invade the Saudi's because we have to support their corrupt monarchy for oil for allies. 3. A top senior Al-Qaeda leader confessed to Saddam having Weapons - True, but the confession was forced out of him. Al-Libbi was waterboarded multiple times until he was willing to say anything. In this particular case, it becomes evident that a country can stage events, lie to the public to create public support, and have justification and temporary support from the global world to do whatever they'd like. It's not just America that can do this.

Trust me, even though they are trying to shrink the military. It is absolutely nothing anybody will see. Military spending is never cut, and when it is it's useless stuff nobody sees like a reduction in production in tanks (Not used anymore). We all know the fact, America spends more in military than the next 13 countries combined, and it most likely will always stay like that as America follows current foreign policy of Unipolarism, World's Policemen, you know, don't let me go on. If America were to get involved, budget would not be an issue.

It is clear the Ukrainian people oppose joining the Russians through international policy ect, the majority of the citizens want to accept the EU. I think that if the Russians try to take over another culture like China is in Tibet and Japan and China are both trying to do with various small islands, there will be a conflict. One historical reason Russia really wants to have Ukraine, is to have access to the Black Sea, a freshwater port Russia never has had. Whether or not the USA gets involved depends on a lot of factors. We have not gotten involved very much in Syria despite major UN policy violations. But in the end, it'll come down to whether or not it is profitable for us. If you don't believe me, I finished watching an excellent documentary called "Why we Fight" that some may want to watch as it answers a lot of questions on whether or not we'd get involved in foreign affairs or not. Why did we invade Iraq (No credible Intel, Saddam was our Allie) and why we're not invading Syria (Major human rights violations). I'll just put it out there for anybody who wants to see it.
